We are proud of our technicians! From the beginning our After Sale & Service Department is a signature of our company. All our technicians are trained by our foreign partners and systematically participate in many trainings which allow to acquire detailed knowledge. Each training is confirmed by an adequate certificate.

Intermediate help

Only our Service Department is available day and night from anywhere in Poland. If you should encounter any problems, simply contact us by means of our 24 hours emergency hotline. Thanks to this we ensure sense of safety for our customers.

The best specialists

Every time our skilled technician is equipped with a set of necessary spare parts. Thanks this our actions are very efficient and effective. At the present we have on the stock ca. 2000 pieces of different spare parts. Moreover we will be much better in the near future, because of our new service centre. The investment should shorten machines delivery dates and allow faster help.

24 hour hotline

We have activated twenty four hours emergency hotline for our customers. In case of any malfunction both during warranty period and after this, simply contact our technician. As we know form our experience, we can help ca. 90% of sudden malfunctions be means of phone call advices. It allows to save a time and costs.
